The Employee Tuition Waiver process has been migrated to Workday.
If you are a full-time employee, you may be eligible for employee and dependent/spouse tuition waivers per Board Policy 440.1. Please also consult the policies on your campus for additional guidance and campus level eligibility requirements.
Note that any waiver submitted for Fall 2025 outside of Workday will need to be resubmitted using this process. Tuition Waiver requests must be submitted for each term and approved before the waiver will be applied.
If you are not a current student or do not have any dependents or spouse attending any of the UA System campuses, no action is required.
