My account statement looks wrong. Why am I being charged twice?
Since tuition and fees are charged on a per credit hour basis,
there may be an adjustment on your account statement for registration fees,
student fees, and the college fee each time you change your registration.
What is the Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship?
Assessed for undergraduate non-residents (including transfer students) and international students who are receiving the Non-Resident Tuition Award.
How can I check the status of my bank loan or scholarship?
Contact the Financial Aid Office at (479) 575-3806 for information
regarding any financial aid question.
Why is my financial aid not applied to my account?
Financial Aid appears as anticipated aid intially on your account summary for an academic period. Most financial aid is automatically
applied about a week before classes begin. Financial Aid can be viewed in Workday
in the Financials Hub on the View Financial Aid menu item. If you have questions regarding financial aid, contact the Financial Aid Office at (479) 575-3806.
Can I pay my tuition in installments?
Yes, as long as your balance due is for current tuition, fees and
housing. There is a $40.00 non-refundable charge for this
service.
How do I pay my past due balance?
Any balance that is not for a current semester is directed to the
Collections Department of the Treasurer's Office. They will
assist you with your questions or make payment arrangements.
