About the Student Accounts Office

  • We are located in Silas Hunt Hall, Room 101. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • We are here to answer questions regarding charges on your student account.
  • Information can be released to the student and parents who have been listed on the FERPA 3rd Party Release on ISIS.
  • We cannot discuss a student's class schedule.

How and When to Pay Your Bill

  • Bills are mailed at the first of each month.  They are mailed to the student's permanent address unless a billing address has been established with the Treasurer's Office.
  • Current students can add a billing address on ISIS using these links: Self Service > Student Center
    In the Personal Information section of the Student Center, click the Address1 or Address2 links to udpate address information.
  • Current students can pay by credit card on ISIS using these links: Self Service > Student Center
    In the Finances section of the Student Center, click the button to make an on-line credit card payment .
  • Parents and former students can pay on ISIS. Follow the information on the Make a Payment page.
  • The University accepts cash, checks, and the following credit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • Term Payment Deadline information can be found on the Payment Information page.

Billing Statements

  • Bills produced before financial aid is disbursed won't include any financial aid and/or scholarships that have been awarded.
  • Financial aid and scholarships will be posted on student accounts about a week before the first day of classes.
  • Financial aid that has not disbursed for the current term will be listed as anticipated aid on billing statements.

How to Set Up Payment Plans

  • There is a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee for participating in a payment plan.
  • Five, four, and three-payment payment plans are available for regular academic sessions (fall and spring).
  • Payment plans can be completed on ISIS using these links: Self Service > Student Center
    In the Finances section of the Student Center, click the Account Inquiry link to view the Account Summary page. Click the Sign Up for Payment Plan link at the bottom of the Account Summary page to enroll in an installment plan.
  • Visit the Payment Plan Options page for addtional information.

About Financial Aid Checks

  • The mailing of refund checks for the term will begin shortly after the disbursement of financial aid.
  • They will be mailed to the permanent address unless a check address has been established with the Treasurer's Office.
  • Current students can add a check address on ISIS using these links: Self Service > Student Center
    In the Personal Information section of the Student Center, click the Address1 or Address2 links to udpate address information.
  • If you are receiving a refund and would like it to be direct deposited, you may sign up for direct deposit through your Student Center on ISIS. The link is located beneath "account inquiry" on the left side of the screen.

About Withdrawing From the University of Arkansas

  • Withdrawal from the University means a student is no longer enrolled in any courses for the term.
  • When a student withdraws before the first day of classes, all refundable charges for the term are cancelled.
  • Students who officially withdraw after the first day of classes may qualify for a partial cancellation of tuition and fees, based on the date of withdrawal.
  • Check withdrawal adjustment dates at Withdrawing from the UofA.
  • A $45.00 withdrawal fee is assessed for withdrawals that occur during the regular academic term. Refer to the Withdrawing from the UofA page for withdrawal deadlines.

About Dropping a Class

  • Dropping a class means that a student may drop one or more courses while remaining enrolled for the term.
  • When a student drops a class on or before the fifth day of class and continues to be enrolled for the term, all charges for that class are cancelled.
  • After the fifth class day, there is no adjustment for a class that is dropped by a student who continues to be enrolled for the first term.
