Payment Plans Fall 2008
Any student who completes a payment plan is acknowledging
that they have been given access to the Payment Plan Agreement. They are further
acknowledging
that they have read and understand the Payment Plan Agreement, and have agreed
to abide by the terms therein.
Payment Plans are ONLY available in the current
term for Fall and Spring semesters.
If the account is in PAST DUE status,
the payment plan option is not available.

Payment plans are completed
on ISIS through the Student Center
1. Go to
https://isis.uark.edu;
and use your Login ID (the first part of your University e-address)
and password to sign in.
2. Select the Student Center
3. In the Finances
section of your Student Center, click the Account
Inquiry link.
4. Click the Sign Up for Payment Plan link at the bottom
of the Account Summary page to enroll in an installment plan.

Processing
Print the Create Payment Plan page (see example below) for a record
of payment dates before clicking the three, four, or five month installment
plan link to submit a request to participate in the installment plan.
Once a selection has been made, a message displaying the receipt of
the request will appear on the screen. The
non-refundable installment plan fee will be assessed when the request
is processed and be reflected in the installment plan schedule viewable
in ISIS. Installment Plan remittance slips will be mailed by
September 12, 2008
to all students on an official installment plan for
Fall 2008.
Since accepting the payment plan signifies that you are agreeing to the terms
of the payment plan, it is not necessary to submit a signed copy to Student
Accounts. Please check the due dates for payment plan enrollment on the Create
Payment Plan page in ISIS. If you miss the enrollment deadline you will not
be able to participate in a payment plan. Please call the Treasurer's Office
at 575-5651 with any questions.
Qualified Charges
University students may pay tuition and fees, parking permit, and
housing charges for the current term in three, four, or five payments for
a $25.00
nonrefundable
service
fee. All past due charges must be paid in order to participate in a payment
plan.
Due Dates and Payment Amounts
Note: Students enrolled in the five month installment plan will not receive
a billing statement for the first payment.
A student must be current on their payment plan in order to participate in
priority registration and avoid late fees.
I understand all fees and policies of the Board of Trustees, that may be changed
without notice, continue to apply to this debt.
I agree to repay the debt as soon as possible, but no later than the dates
indicated on the Charges by Due Date page included in the Payment Plan.
If I am unable to make any repayment in accordance with the repayment schedule
(Charges by Due Date), I agree to notify the Treasurer's Office before the
repayment date. The University is under no obligation to re-negotiate the repayment
schedule or to defer payments.
I agree that approved and authorized financial aid, scholarships, grants or
fellowships may be applied to the debt upon receipt by the University. I also
agree that any sums owed by the University to me (as wages or for any other
reason) may be applied to the debt, at any time, without regard to the repayment
date.
I agree that if I fail to make any payment in accordance with the repayment
schedule (Charges by Due Date), the University may, without notice, declare
the entire indebtedness to be immediately due and payable. They may also cancel
my registration, evict me from student housing, cancel my housing contract
(and any meal plan I may have), refuse to permit me to enroll for courses at
the University, and refuse to permit me to have copies of my transcripts and
other official records. I understand that if I fail to make any repayment scheduled,
I may be assessed a $50.00 late fee.
I understand that failure to make any payment in accordance with the repayment
schedule (Charges by Due Date) shall be considered a default. If this note
is with an outside collection agency and/or in the hands of an attorney, I
agree to pay all reasonable costs, including attorney's fees and court costs.
I waive presentment for payment, notice of nonpayment and protest, and consent
that the maturity date of my promissory note (payment plan) may be extended
without notice. The entire obligation may be extended without notice. The entire
obligation may be accelerated at the option of the University in the event
of insolvency, if bankruptcy proceedings are instituted against me, or in the
event of my death.
I acknowledge that I was given access to copies of the Payment Plan Agreement
and a repayment schedule (Charges by Due Date).
